Flags explain their country, but some are hard to figure out! Here's an explanation of Brazil's Flag.

Yellow- represents the gold and minerals found in Brazil

Green- represents the forests and rainforests

Blue- represents the Brazilian sky

27 white stars, one for each state and one for the federal district, which were seen over the sky of Rio de Janeiro on November 15, 1898

Also, you will find ORDEM E PROGRESSO on a band going across the blue circle which mean Order and Progress 


*Fun Fact*  Brazil actually had three flags, one that is used today, one that was used for FOUR days, and one that was used for the Brazilian Empire
